He is a land expert and land laws specialist. Born and bought up in South Delhi. He belongs to a reputed well established baseness family of South Delhi. He is this profession by Choice and not by compulsion. After resigning from Bombay customs, he served with a multinational apparel brand. He later established a chain of multiband factory outlets for apparel in Delhi. He entered in the real estate business in 1998 after studying the market cycles for past few decades. With his deep study he was able to predict the boom of 2000 – 2005 and helped a number of industrialists benefits from his vision. He has hands on experience of over 20 years in helping people buy goo land parcels in Delhi. He is well verse with deep intricacies of farmhouses/farmlands in Delhi and its multiple laws. He has excellent rapports with various govt. agencies involved in lands with him you are surly i the safest hands.
